New Issue: Citi prices $3.56 million 8.45% autocallable equity linked securities on Nasdaq, Russell
New York, June 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.56 million of 8.45% autocallable equity linked securities due Dec. 13, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be paid semiannually.
The securities will be called automatically at par if the closing level of the worst performing index is greater than or equal to its initial level on any semiannual determination date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing index ends at or above its 75% buffer.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.3333% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 25%.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
