Chicago, Feb. 24 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $25 million of 0% autocallable securities due Feb. 22, 2027 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically on Feb. 20, 2024 with a premium of a 13% if the index closes above its initial value.
If the index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.275 times the index return. Otherwise, investors lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
