New Issue: Citi prices $1.89 million 10.25% equity linked autocalls linked to four tech stocks
New York, Dec. 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.89 million of 10.25% autocallable equity linked securities due Nov. 28, 2025 linked to the common stocks of Alphabet Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., Apple Inc. and Microsoft Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be paid monthly.
The securities will be called automatically at par if the closing price of the worst performing stock is greater than or equal to its initial price on any quarterly valuation date starting May 22, 2023.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing stock ends at or above its 50% final barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing stock declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
