New Issue: Citigroup prices $125,000 buffer securities linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Dec. 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $125,000 of 0% buffer securities due Nov. 28, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, capped at 25%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
