India’s Centrum Capital board to mull Rs. 10 billion debenture issue

Olympia, Wash., May 23 – Centrum Capital Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Tuesday to consider raising up to Rs. 10 billion of nonconvertible debentures.

Centrum Capital is a Mumbai, India-based financial services company with a focus on wealth management, investment banking, brokerage, insurance and loan services.
