S&P stabilizes China Southern Power view

S&P said it changed its outlook for China Southern Power Grid Co. Ltd. to stable from negative and affirmed the A+ ratings on the company and the notes it guarantees.

“We believe China Southern Power Grid Co. Ltd.'s (CSG) profit margin will gradually improve over the next 24 months due to recovering power demand and better execution of the regulated transmission and distribution (T&D) tariff under the new regulatory framework,” the agency said in a press release.
