Moody’s rates Citycon Treasury notes Baa1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa1 rating to the proposed senior unsecured note issuance by Citycon Treasury BV.

The notes are irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Citycon OYJ, the parent company of Citycon Treasury.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds will be used mainly to refinance outstanding debt.

The proposed notes will be senior unsecured obligations and rank pari passu with all other existing and future unsecured and unsubordinated debt obligations of the company.

The Baa1 rating assigned to the unsecured notes is in line with the Citycon's long-term issuer rating, Moody’s said.
