Citycon will accept €213.69 million from tender offer for 2.5% notes

Chicago, March 5 – Citycon Oyj said that it will accept for purchase €213,253,000 of the 2.5% guaranteed notes due Oct. 1, 2024 (ISIN: XS1114434167) issued by Citycon Treasury BV that were the subject of a tender offer started on Feb. 27, according to a press release.

When the tender offer started there were €457,617,000 of the notes outstanding, issued in separate tranches on Oct. 1, 2014 and June 10, 2020.

The tender offer covered any and all of the notes.

The company will pay €213,688,537.15 for the purchase, based on a purchase price of €991.25 per €1,000 principal amount plus interest.

The offer was subject to a financing condition. A new offering of €300 million of 6.5% senior green notes due 2029 is expected to settle on March 6.

The expected settlement date for the tender offer is March 7. The offer expired at 11 a.m. ET on March 4.
