Conifer to price IPO of 4.6 million shares between $11.00 and $13.00

Bookrunners BMO Capital Markets and Raymond James to assist with sale

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 10 – Conifer Holdings, Inc. will sell 4.6 million common shares in its initial public offering with a 30-day greenshoe of 690,000 additional shares, according to a Form S-1/A filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company has registered up to $68.77 million of stock for the deal, which was announced on July 2.

The shares will be sold at a price expected to fall between $11.00 and $13.00 per share.

BMO Capital Markets and Raymond James are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt, to repurchase preferred stock, to pay preferred stock dividends, for growth and for general corporate purposes.

The insurance holding company is based in Birmingham, Mich. The company intends to list its common stock on the Nasdaq under the symbol “CNFR.”
