Knoxville, Tenn., April 8 – Community Healthcare Trust Inc. priced a $79.88 million public offering of stock with an $11.98 million greenshoe, according to a prospectus filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The offering was announced March 24.
The company will sell 4.5 million common shares at $17.75 per share. The price per share reflects a 0.39% discount to the April 7 closing share price of $17.82.
Sandler O’Neill + Partners, LP, Evercore ISI and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. are the bookrunners.
Settlement is expected April 12.
Proceeds will be used to repay all debt under the company’s credit facility, to acquire properties and for general corporate and working capital purposes.
Community Health is a Franklin, Tenn.-based real estate company that was organized to acquire and own properties that are leased to hospitals, doctors, health-care systems or other health-care service providers.
