Los Angeles, Aug. 28 – China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Ltd.’s wholly owned subsidiary, China Asset Leasing Co. Ltd., issued RMB 800 million of 4.93% three-year notes on Wednesday, according to a company announcement.
Bank of Beijing Co., Ltd. is joint lead underwriter and bookrunner, and China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. is joint lead underwriter for the medium-term notes.
The company said it will use proceeds for aircraft acquisition.
The aircraft leasing company is based in Hong Kong.
