CIFC Funding 2012-II to redeem subordinated notes on July 23

Morgantown, W.Va., July 16 – CIFC Funding 2012-II, Ltd. and CIFC Funding 2012-II, LLC will redeem their subordinated notes in whole on July 23, according to a notice.

Holders of a majority of the subordinated notes approved the redemption, and the collateral manager delivered a redemption direction to the trustee.

The record date will be July 22.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
