Company sells 2.15 million common shares at $0.20 apiece through deal

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 9 – Cullen Agricultural Holding Corp. completed a $430,000 private placement of stock on Dec. 5, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2.15 million common shares at $0.20 per share.
Proceeds will be used for acquisitions and general company purposes.
The private Waynesboro, Ga., company develops and implements grazing-based farming systems.
