Moody's shifts Huarong AMC view to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it concluded its review of China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Huarong AMC) and revised the outlook to stable from under review. The agency also confirmed the local-currency and foreign-currency long-term issuer ratings at Baa2.

The outlook revision and ratings confirmations conclude the review for downgrade started on April 13, Moody’s said.

Additionally, Moody’s confirmed the long-term backed senior unsecured debt ratings of Huarong AMC's offshore financing vehicles, including Huarong Finance 2017 Co., Ltd., Huarong Finance II Co., Ltd. and Huarong Finance 2019 Co., Ltd., at Baa3, and their long-term backed senior unsecured medium-term note program ratings at (P)Baa3.

The entity-level outlook on these vehicles was also changed to stable from under review.
