New Issue: Czech Republic CZK 12.26 billion bonds due 2022 yield 6.218%

New York, April 1 - The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic sold CZK 12,255,910,000 in 4.7% bonds due Sept. 12, 2022 to yield 6.218% at its auction on Wednesday.

The bonds were sold at the cut-off price of 86.41, while the maximum bid price was 89.95 and the average price was 87.13.

Competitive bids were tendered for CZK 13.594 billion and accepted for CZK 11.806 billion. Non-competitive bids were tendered and accepted for CZK 449.91 million.

The issuer bought a further CZK 2 billion.
