S&P rates CyrusOne green bond BBB-

S&P said it assigned its BBB- issue-level rating to CyrusOne Europe Finance DAC's inaugural green bond offering. The notes will be guaranteed by CyrusOne Inc. and CyrusOne LP.

CyrusOne intends to use the proceeds to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility and to finance or refinance green-eligible investments. “As a result, we expect the new issuance to be leverage-neutral,” S&P said in a press release.
