Moody's lowers Cyprus

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded Cyprus' government bond ratings to B3 from Ba3,

The outlook is negative.

Moody's said the profound difficulties in the Cypriot banking sector, which are the result of deteriorating conditions in Greece and Cyprus, were the key driver of the action.
