Cypress amends facility to add Tulsa Inspection, Foley as borrowers

Madison, Wis., May 7 – Cypress Energy Partners, LP entered into a second amendment to its credit agreement dated Dec. 24, 2013 to add Tulsa Inspection Resources – Canada ULC and Foley Inspection Services ULC as borrowers under the credit agreement, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company entered into the amendment on May 4, making changes to some other provisions of the credit agreement as well, the filing said.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the agent.

Cypress Energy provides saltwater disposal and other water and environmental services to U.S. onshore oil and gas producers and trucking companies. The company is based in Tulsa, Okla.
