Cynergy Data unsecured creditors committee appointed by U.S. Trustee

Pittsburgh, Sept. 14 - Cynergy Data LLC's official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed on Sept. 11 by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members include Jeremy Johnson of Iworks, Inc. of St. George, Utah; Lester Fernandes of Pivotal Payments, Inc. of Melville, N.Y.; Tim Woods of i-fortuity, LLC of Phoenix; Sam Chanin of Tribul Merchant Services, LLC of New York; and Dan Price of Gravity Payments, Inc. of Seattle.

Cynergy Data, a New York-based credit card processing service, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 1. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-13038.
