New York, March 30 - Cumbre Ventures Inc. said it completed a C$1.5015 million private placement of common shares.
The Vancouver, B.C.-based capital pool company sold 2.31 million shares at C$0.65 per share.
Proceeds will be used to identify and evaluate assets or businesses for acquisition with a view to completing a qualifying transaction under the capital pool company program of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Canaccord Capital Corp.was agent.
