Cubex Tubings may sell convertibles

Chicago, Aug. 3 - Cubex Tubings Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it would consider issuing convertibles.

The company will hold a board meeting on Aug. 11 to discuss issuing securities and to schedule a shareholders meeting.

Securities proposed include convertible bonds, Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

Cubex manufactures copper and copper alloy seamless condenser tubes, rods, strips, profiles and wires and is based in Secunderabad, India.
