New Issue: Croatia sells €1.28 billion 2¾% notes due January 2030 to yield 2.95%

New York, Nov. 17 – Croatia priced €1,275,000,000 of 2¾% notes due Jan. 27, 2030 (expected ratings: Ba2/BB/BB) at 97.943 to yield 2.95%, or mid-swaps plus 190 basis points, according to a market source.

Banca IMI, Barclays, JPMorgan and Privredna Banka Zagreb were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
