Croatia offers euro-denominated 10-year notes

Concord, N.H., April 13 – The Republic of Croatia was offering euro-denominated notes due in 10 years on Wednesday, according to a notice.
The sovereign’s new benchmark-sized deal was being sold via J.P. Morgan AG, Morgan Stanley, Citi and Erste Group as managers of the deal.
Listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s regulated market was expected.
