Crescent Jewelers' unsecured creditors committee loses two members

Pittsburgh, March 2 - Crescent Jewelers' official committee of unsecured creditors was amended on Wednesday after two members resigned, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.

Combine International, Inc. and Citizen Watch Co. of America, Inc. resigned from the committee.

Remaining members include Michael Shaffet of M. Fabrikant & Sons, New York; Nirav Dalal of Rosy Blue, Inc., New York; Merilee Coughlin of Media Solutions, Atlanta; Alexander Weindling of Weindling International, LLC, New York; and Ronald M. Tucker of Simon Property Group, Indianapolis.

Crescent, an Oakland, Calif.-based retailer, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 11, 2004. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-44416.
