Credit Suisse updates offer amount of X-Links gold covered call ETNs

Los Angeles, Dec. 8 – Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch updated the offering amount for its Credit Suisse X-Links Gold Shares Covered Call ETNs due Feb. 2, 2033 (Nasdaq: GLDI, Cusip: 22542D480) linked to the Credit Suisse Nasdaq Gold Flows 103 index, according to an amended 424B2 filing dated Nov. 23 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amount was increased to $110,304,240, or 5,515,212 notes with a par amount of $20 each.

The issuer previously set the offer amount at $24,304,240, or 1,215,212 notes with a par amount of $20 each, in an amended pricing supplement dated Nov. 9.

As of Nov. 18, there were 46,984,890 ETNs, or $139,697,800 principal amount, issued and outstanding.

The original ETNs were issued at par on Jan. 28, 2013. Additional ETNs are to be sold from time to time at variable prices.
