Credit Suisse amends interest payment dates for callable step-up notes

Madison, Wis., May 6 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch updated the interest payment dates for its upcoming callable step-up securities due May 22, 2029, according to an amended 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable quarterly, instead of semiannually, at 2% initially, stepping up by 50 basis points each year to a final coupon of 9% in year 15.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date beginning May 22, 2015.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 19 and settle on May 22.

The Cusip number is 22547QGN0.
