New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $6.29 million return enhanced notes linked to MSCI AC Asia Ex-Japan

Chicago, Feb. 12 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch priced $6.29 million of 0% return enhanced notes due Feb. 26, 2014 linked to the MSCI All Country (AC) Asia Ex-Japan index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 19.4%.
Investors will share in any losses.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the placement agents.
