Credit Suisse plans to price enhanced participation notes on S&P 500

Madison, Wis., Oct. 29 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% enhanced participation equity securities linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature between 24 and 27 months after pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, with an underlying cap of 20% to 28%. The exact upside participation rate and underlying cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will share fully in losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price in October and settle in November.

The Cusip number is 22546TG88.
