New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $660,000 contingent coupon autocallables linked to five stocks

By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., March 30 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch priced $660,000 of contingent coupon autocallable notes due April 13, 2015 linked to a basket of shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket includes the common stocks of Bank of America Corp., FedEx Corp., Halliburton Co. and Microsoft Corp. and the American Depository Shares of Petroleo Brasileiro SA - Petrobras.

A knock-in event will occur if any basket component closes below 50% of its initial price on a quarterly observation date.

Interest is payable quarterly and will be 15% per year unless a knock-in event occurs, in which case there will be no interest paid for that quarter.

If each basket component closes at or above 95% of its initial price on a quarterly observation date, the notes will be called at par.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the final price of any basket component is less than 50% of its initial price, in which case investors will receive a number of shares of the worst-performing basket component equal to $1,000 divided by the initial price.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
