New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $859,000 0% 18-month Bares on iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Chicago, April 27 - Credit Suisse, Nassau Branch priced $859,000 of 0% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due Oct. 31, 2011 based on the performance of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a cap of 18%.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will be exposed to losses beyond 10%.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
