New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $3.98 million Cert PLUS securities linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

New York, Aug. 26 - Credit Suisse, Nassau Branch priced $3.98 million of 0% Cert PLUS securities due Aug. 31, 2011 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the fund's share price, subject to a maximum return of 33%.
If the shares decline by less than 25%, the payout will be par.
If the shares decline by 25% or more, investors will be fully exposed to the loss.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
