Credit Suisse lifts cap for X-Links crude oil covered call ETNs

Chicago, May 21 – Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch updated the offering amount for its Credit Suisse X-Links Crude Oil Shares Covered Call ETNs due April 24, 2037 linked to the Credit Suisse Nasdaq WTI Crude Oil Flows 106 index (NYSE Arca: USOI, Cusip: 22539T266), according to an amended 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amount was increased to $54.12 million, or 2,164,800 notes with a par amount of $25 each.

The maximum amount had previously been increased to $20.37 million in February, before that from $14,125,000 and was at $2.5 million in February 2019, according to prior filings.

As of April 27, there were 1,285,200 ETNs, or $32.13 million principal amount, issued and outstanding.
