New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.08 million autocallable reverse convertibles on Roku, Trade Desk
By Wendy Van Sickle
Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 5 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.08 million of 21% autocallable reverse convertible notes due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the worst performing of the class A common stocks of Roku, Inc. and Trade Desk, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial price on any monthly observation date after three months.
