Credit Suisse to price digital barrier notes linked to S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., June 12 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital barrier notes due Dec. 29, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above its 75% knock-in level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 8.5%.
Otherwise, investors will receive par plus the return of the lesser-performing index with full exposure to any losses.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on June 21.
The Cusip number is 22552FJ29.
