New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $13.86 million Capped Leveraged Index Return Notes on EM index

Columbus, Ohio, June 5 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $13.86 million of 0% Capped Leveraged Index Return Notes due May 28, 2021 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, capped at par plus 21.02%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
