Credit Suisse plans to price return enhanced notes tied to Alphabet

Olympia, Wash., May 7 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due May 28, 2020 linked to the class A common stock of Alphabet Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the stock return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus double the stock gain, capped at par plus 21.24%. Investors will be fully exposed to any stock decline.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the placement agents.

The notes will price May 10.

The Cusip number is 22552FET5.
