New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $4.13 million capped buffer gears on iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Columbus, Ohio, April 1 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $4.13 million of 0% capped buffer gears due March 31, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any ETF gain, up to a maximum return of 18.2%.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 15% and lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
