Credit Suisse plans PLUS due 2020 with 3x leverage, cap on Russell

Chicago, Nov. 29 – Credit Suisse AG, London branch plans to price Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 4, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $11.60 per PLUS.

Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as the dealer.

The notes will price on Nov. 30.

The Cusip number is 22549R870.
