New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $608,000 buffered return equity securities on ETF basket

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 9 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $608,000 of 0% buffered return equity securities due Sept. 28, 2023 linked to a basket of two funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket underliers are the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF with a 50% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 50% weight.

If the final basket level is greater than the initial basket level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return. If the basket declines by 30% or less, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the basket declines beyond 30%.
