New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $8.61 million buffer gears on the Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 2 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $8.61 million of 0% buffer gears due Oct. 2, 2023 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.12 times any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
