Credit Suisse to price digital buffered notes tied to S&P 500 index

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital buffered notes due March 3, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index closes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 21% to 23%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The Cusip number is 22551L3B4.
The notes will price on Aug. 28 and settle on Aug. 31.
