New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $135,000 accelerated barrier notes on Regional Banking ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., May 29 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $135,000 of 0% accelerated barrier notes due May 25, 2021 linked to the SPDR S&P Regional Banking exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the ETF return, subject to an underlying return cap of 38%.
If the ETF falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the ETF decline.
