Credit Suisse to sell capped gears due 2019 linked to MSCI EAFE index

Knoxville, Tenn., April 25 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% capped gears due June 28, 2019 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum payout of 16.25% to 18.25%, with the exact cap to be set at pricing.

Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from its initial level.

UBS Financial Services Inc. is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 22549M210) are expected to price on April 26 and settle on April 30.
