Credit Suisse to price contingent coupon autocallables on iShares EM

By Marisa Wong

Morgantown, W.Va., April 12 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due April 18, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent semiannual coupon at an annual rate of 7.2% if the ETF closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related semiannual observation date.

After one year, the notes will be called at par if the ETF closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual trigger observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the fund finishes below its 70% knock-in level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% ETF decline.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.

The notes will price on April 13.

The Cusip number is 22550WPR2.
