New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $310,000 accelerated barrier notes on Euro Stoxx

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 26 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $310,000 of 0% accelerated barrier notes due Jan. 23, 2025 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 264% of the index gain.
If the final index level is less than the initial index level but greater than the knock-in level, 70% of the initial index level, the payout will be par.
If the final index level is less than or equal to the knock-in level, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline.
