New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.33 million digital buffered notes on Russell

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 8 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.33 million of 0% digital buffered notes due June 2, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the 80% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment of 15%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 20% buffer.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Incapital LLC are the agents.
