New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $2.21 million autocallable securities on Stoxx, Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 31 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.21 million of 0% autocallable securities due Oct. 31, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annualized redemption premium of 12% if each underlying index closes at or above its initial level on the first annual review date or 95% of its initial level on the second annual review date.

At maturity, if each index finishes above its 90% threshold level, investors will receive par plus 33.6%.

If either index finishes below its threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its 70% threshold level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least-performing index.
