New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $500,000 absolute return digital barrier notes linked to S&P, Russell

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 18 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $500,000 of 0% absolute return digital barrier securities due Sept. 19, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the lesser-performing index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 33%.
If the lesser-performing index finishes below its initial level but each index finishes above its knock-in level, 60% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the lesser-performing index.
If the lesser-performing index finishes below its initial level and either index finishes at or below its knock-in level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing index.
