New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $2.41 million Bares linked to iShares MSCI EM ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., June 1 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.41 million of 0% buffered accelerated return equity securities due Nov. 29, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 250% of the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of 19%. Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 5% and lose 1% for every 1% decline in the ETF beyond 5%.
