New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $622,000 buffered return equity notes tied to MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, April 7 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $622,000 of 0% buffered return equity securities due April 2, 2020 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the underlying return, subject to a cap of 35%.
If the index declines by 15% or less, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
